These terms govern your access to and use of the PubSys platform. By creating an account or using any service we provide, you agree to these terms.
Platform versus publisher
PubSys provides a brand-scoped AI agent platform. You are the publisher of record for content rendered through your chatbot or A2A endpoints. PubSys does not author content on your behalf and makes no warranty as to the suitability or accuracy of generated output for any particular use.
Acceptable use
Your use of the platform is subject to our acceptable use policy, which forms part of these terms.
Account and authentication
Authentication is provided via Supabase Auth using email one-time codes or Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Service availability
PubSys is provided on an as-available basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service or any feature at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PubSys is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform.
